Recreate FlxSpriteGroups #21
Description
This should use the existing group classes and interfaces for Flixel groups
To make this have extra functionality, it should also have a feature specifically for rotation, where when the rotation of a sprite group is changed, it can optionally rotate the sprites consecutively with each other (with a center origin for all sprites to rotate around, not around their own individual origins)
