Local Image Cache & NavBar tab navigation

Hello!
Sure, what's the difference in the image caching? It uses caching now, but it's only while the application is open. (meaning it has to fetch them again after rerunning it)
And tab navigation, as in pressing tab to go right and shift tab to go left?

The current implementation is a memory cache for image bytes, which i put a limit to and created another disk cache.
consider the memory cache L1 and the disk cache and L2

And tab navigation, as in pressing tab to go right and shift tab to go left?

Yes, tab and shift tab to scroll through navbar sections.

I also added emojis and some minor changes, however, i made a huge refactor for the way ImageManager works.
Previously, each screen would have an Arc ImageManager each having a memory cache and two threads, fetcher and image resizer. I moved all that up into the app context and passed it to the screens.

The PR might be a bit big and i don't have time to split it up as i was only doing this for fun, Would you be okay with a huge PR?

I probably won't have much time to review the PR during Christmas, but feel free to open the pull request, and I'll go through it whenever I have time. I also don't mind the big PR, I'll just review it little by little.
