Sync uri.[ch] with tarantool, add uri.rl. The primary reason to do so is to cherry-pick tarantool/tarantool#2933 fix (user:pass@unix/:/path/to/socket support). We need to summarize all user-visible changes in uri parsing that will be introduced by this update.
