希望增加手动禁用密钥的功能

功能描述 / Feature Description

希望对于每个密钥，支持手动禁用，而不是只能删除或者依靠黑名单触发来禁用

应用场景 / Use Case

对于多密钥轮询场景，有些密钥临时无法使用或者账号短期内涉及风控/速率限制，不想删除该密钥，但需要禁用。目前我的做法是复制一份渠道，然后删除不想使用的密钥，然后把复制的渠道重命名为原渠道，原渠道进行暂时备份。这比较麻烦。能否支持对单个密钥的手动禁用？非常感谢！
