Description
It would be nice to have a /doubleup config that can be run from within a channel to view the configuration for that channel or doubleup config edit (or something) that would allow us to set edit the config.
This would require moving configurations from YAML into a database table but I don't see that as a problem. We opted for YAML in the beginning because we weren't using a DB at all.
