Fetching ZooKeeper Server 3.5.5... Stuck

When bulding the repo and configuring cmake using the following command

cmake -G Ninja -B build -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release 

I get the following output with it being stuck on the last line.
I already have zookeeper installed and even added to $PATH
