Accessibility of trained models

Dear authors,

Thank you for developing and sharing the CellFlow framework—it's an exciting and valuable tool for the community.

I’m currently working on analyzing PBMC responses under various stimulation conditions, and I noticed that in your manuscript (specifically the Figure panels), you reference CellFlow models trained on PBMCs stimulated with 90 different cytokines.

I would like to ask whether the trained models from that part of the study are available for public access. It would be very helpful if there is a way to load the pretrained CellFlow model directly and apply it to new datasets without retraining from scratch.

Thanks for your interest in CellFlow.
In Figure 2, we have trained almost a thousand models, which makes it infeasible to share those. However, the tutorial shuold help you to train these models from scratch. The only memory-expensive operation is the computation of PCA with rapids-single cell, but if you are patient, you can also do that on a CPU with scanpy.
