Error when using this law mod extension.

I get this Error after adding this law mod to it.
Any idea??

I went into the Game.eco file and removed the Smart tax folder and it solved the error.
I'm guessing it had a world conversion issue that caused it.

To add onto the conversation since I also ran into this a bit ago (but just opted not to use it in executive actions); the law system is using LegalActions (for laws and has a UI for it) and ExecutiveActions (for executive actions, which has a similar UI for it), and the game is messing up, or not identifying the right type to use, or maybe the cast used to be a different type and is now using an impossible downcast. @thomasfn what do you think would fix this? Use different classes for either case? Or shouldn't it matter and is this an Eco bug?
