Reply to an email that someone has sent via Ghost.
The receiver sees messed up formatting:

Hi @da5nsy, thank you for reporting the issue! I was able to reproduce it on my end, and I appreciate you sharing the messages, it was really helpful.

Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), this issue is not on our end; it originates from Ghost. They have a formatting issue with their HTML/CSS that needs to be addressed.

The same problem also occurs with other email clients, such as Gmail.

Hang on... I remember now why I raised this here rather than with Ghost directly - this only happens if the email is forwarded from Thunderbird on android.

The formatting issue doesn't arise if the email is forwarded using Thunderbird on Windows 10, or outlook.com web interface.
