Invisible spy while disguised if using a custom model

What Happened?

When a Spy has a player skin equipped, the Spy goes into disguise and his player model is now invisible.

This is the current ongoing issue since skins(custom model) first released, i think there is a problem on how the plugins handling disguises that is my guesses
my best guess is to make disguised spy using custom model to be shown as a default one
