Dynamic GTA3 style Antenna

[Feature request]
Backport of RC bandit antenna feature from GTA3.
source code can be taken from artem (wuzi) mods:

How they will work:
place a dummy with name perfix: x_antenna_1.0
1.0 is the length of the antenna in meters.
also it would be great if we able to control the antenna thicness and color.
