The new update is slowly rolling out now.

Please be patient while support is introduced.

Any issues that are opened asking when the update will be supported will be closed in favour of this issue - unless they offer specific information for the update.

I have been wondering if you have any kind of output to indicate unrecognised naming etcetera, in case some of us catch things not everyone will, and we could give you feedback.
Used to see things in the old java command window, but your C# version no longer has that.

I could look at adding a key mapping debug window, but because it's directly ingesting the libMBIN mappings file, it should always have the latest community known mappings every time it gets the extractor run for a new game update - so in theory it won't be needed... but we'll see how right I am with the update 😬 and I can pivot to include something like that if it seems needed.

I think steam is getting it too, reddit are starting to squawk about patch notes :)

NMSE.Extractor is running now to get the updated DB files.

Running through the DB diffs and new keys in a save.

Diffs confirmed. Tweaking extractor to catch some minor changes to the game MXML.

Extractor updated. DB changes staged on repo.

Located the new pet battle skills and info + how the keys work per save entry.
Just planning out the classes now and will tackle the actual change tomorrow (I'm about 40% or so done).

Pushing a temporary build with new key support, new items, titles, etc. and new companion pet limit (30).

Build 1.0.397 (preview) is available with initial support.
Work on the pet battle system is underway.

If problems occur for anyone, you can roll back to 1.0.396 (preview) by downloading from the releases page.

Yep, still working on this per the notes above - database is mostly implemented, but working on the logic now. It might take a little time, but it looks pretty doable.

99% done and committed to the repo (but I am out for ~12 hours), build should be out tomorrow afternoon with the pet battle features and accumulated fixes and additions 👍

Xeno Arena patch 6.32 just released on PC

They apparently fixed ..
Fixed an issue which could cause unresponsive NPCs to appear near game tables.
Fixed an issue which could cause flickering graphics while underwater.
Fixed an issue that caused Corvette technology to be removed when warping.
Fixed an issue that could cause many duplicate items to be created in inventories.
Fixed an issue that caused performance issues when on the Anomaly on PS5.
Fixed a rare networking crash.

Posting this in case it has any impact on your recent NMSE fixes.
Oh and beware sometimes Hellogames do what I call "stealth fixes", not listed in the patch notes. I have seen this happen twice in the last ten years with years old bugs eventually getting a fix, so quite possible there have been more not noticed by players along the way.

All features from the new game update should now be live in Build 1.1.17 (preview) - so I am going to close this one up and start accepting Issues for the features as normal.
