Evaluate all win32 tests in SWT on zoom !=100

Description

All tests in eclipse.platform.swt\bundles\org.eclipse.swt\Eclipse SWT Tests\win32 need to be executed with swt.autoScale set to a value other than 100%.

Any failing tests should be analyzed to determine whether the failure is due to issues within the test cases or due to a defect in the codebase.

Sub-tasks

• Refactor tests that fail due to hardcoded assumptions about swt.autoScale value or other test-specific issues.
• Open new issues for any failures caused by underlying bugs or implementation problems.

Just to be on the same page here: in my opinion we should try to ensure that the tests can be executed with a custom device zoom (in particular via system property swt.autoScale=X with X != 100) but still at 100% actual (primary) monitor zoom. I currently don't see the need to invest into making the tests executable with SWT default settings at monitor zooms unequal to 100% in general. Maybe achieving the former implicitly achieves the latter, but if not, we may not invest into that.

The general reason for improving the tests is to ensure that we can execute the tests with swt.autoScale=X as we don't test that setting well in other ways (in particular we do not use it in a dogfooding way on a daily basis and we did not consider it in our manual release testing procedures yet).
