`--app-exclude` only exclude by folder/file name

Hi. ares-package --app-exclude seems to only check the file name, not the file path

This is a problem if, for example, there's assets directory with assets/webos and assets/tizen subdirectories, something like --app-exclude "assets/tizen" would still include unnecessary assets in the webOS .ipk
