2. Simplify tools/wheels.cmd: The current 135-line batch file does manual --param=value to CommandBox format conversion with a character-by-character lowercase function. Replace with:

3. Simplify chocolateyinstall.ps1: Replace the wrapper generation with:

4. Update chocolateyuninstall.ps1: Add lucli modules uninstall wheels if LuCLI supports it.

5. Rebuild .nupkg: Run build.ps1 to regenerate wheels.1.0.6.nupkg (rename to wheels.2.0.0.nupkg).

6. Test locally: Use test-local.ps1 and test-wrapper.ps1 (both already exist in the repo) to verify the new wrapper works.
