Wide machine installation on Windows

Hi,

I was wondering if there was any way I can install Wire desktop app for Windows machine wide, in Program Files folders for example,
I noticed that Wire installs itself in user specific AppData folders (%appdata% and %localappdata%), thus if I have multiple users on the same computer, I will need to manage multiple installations of Wire.

Is that achievable ?
