Add `wp db tables --size` command for listing tables with individual sizes

I would like to suggest a new WP-CLI command: wp db tables --size

It will help to identify bloated tables and will be helpful for performance audits.

Proposed Command:
wp db tables --size

Output Example:

wp_posts        12 MB
wp_postmeta     14 MB
wp_options      1 MB

How is this different from the existing wp db size --tables? That already displays each table name and size.
