In the article 基本开发环境设置 you recommended Alfred and RVM. As someone who have been to this stage before, I thing LaunchBar and rbenv are better alternatives for Alfred and RVM respectively, for the reason that both of these two softwares can be used out of the box, which is much more friendly for a first-time programmer.
