Enhance Animated Loading Page with Improved CSS Design 🎨

Hi Maintainers 👋,

I noticed that the animated loading page currently looks quite simple.
I would love to enhance it using more advanced CSS animations and styles to make it visually more attractive while keeping it lightweight and fully CSS-based (no JavaScript).

Proposed Improvements:

Add smoother and more modern animation effects (using keyframes and gradients).

Improve color transitions and typography for a better UI feel.

Maintain responsiveness and accessibility.

Keep it purely HTML + CSS (no JS).

Goal:

Make the loading page look more professional and dynamic, while still being simple and clean.

Could you please assign me this issue for Hacktoberfest?
I’d love to contribute and make the loading screen more visually appealing. ✨
