Bumps wagmi and viem to latest stable versions across all packages and examples. Updates all wallet connectors to handle the new
withCapabilitiesparameter in the connect method, which returns accounts as objects with address and capabilities when enabled. Adds explicit provider type casts to satisfy stricter typing. Prepares the SDK for wagmi v3 where this behavior becomes the default.References:
