I'm a software engineer and engineering manager based in the Chicago suburbs. I've spent 10+ years building products across startups, wearing many hats, and learning a lot the hard way.
My roots are in iOS development: Swift, Apple platforms, and getting software into user's hands. That foundation shapes how I think: product quality is not a nice-to-have, and the user is always the point. I care about teams that are healthy, engineers who are growing, and software that is actually worth someone's time.
If you're joining my team or just want to understand how I think, I put together a full manager README:
It covers my values, how I run 1:1s, what I expect, what I get wrong, and how to hold me accountable.
Open to conversations about engineering leadership, team building, and software development.
