[PWGCF] FemtoUniverse V0: Updates in V0 task

• debug histograms for V0V0 pairs were added, they are only created when confIsDebug is set to true and a process function, in which they are filled, is enabled,
• cuts on pT of V0 daughters where added (configurables confHPtChildProton, confLPtChildProton, confHPtChildPion and confLPtChildPion),
• optional cut on invariant mass can be enabled with confAddInvMassCheck configurable - it checks mAntiLambda() and mLambda() values separately,
• confV0DuplCosPA configurable was added to enable check of V0s cosPA instead of invariant mass when deciding which particle will be inserted into v0duplicates set.

Default values of new configurables were set to not affect current analysis.
