The notebook files in the ABCAtlas_UseCases folder are intended to show a variety of use case examples involving analyzing and plotting scRNAseq and MERFISH data from the Allen Brain Cell (ABC) Atlas. These notebooks are intended to be used in Google Colab.
Code in these notebooks comes from ABC Atlas Access, which features in depth tutorials on ABC Atlas scRNAseq and MERFISH datasets. Use ABC Atlas Access to learn more about each of the datasets.
