I added a default dataset_type directly to the tag_list snippet.
It creates a new variable to hold the default dataset that will be use for search purposes

This includes all changes made during the time spent working with UnderStory Studio on UI design or our CKAN instance. Most of the work is included in the custom CSS files; however, the update also includes changes to the templates. This merge also includes changes I contributed during the design work period, particularly in terms of functionality to match the UI changes.
