It is a work in progress, probably not worth to review at this point, I kind of know what to do next, but if you have thoughts or comments, they are always welcome. The reason I opened this PR draft is for discussing in #892.
Here, currently, the only interesting part worth attention is
access_client_test.rsfile, pay attention to comments. The rest is auto-generated and there are no any emitter changes (currently).I do not intend to work on this PR until we close other bugs that are release-blocking.
