TICKET: SC-4503
This code adds support for creating deposits to TON Whales Contracts. I opted to add a new builder to override some of the methods in the generic builder. The withdraw builder will come in a follow-up, but I have added the txType for now.
The data from the fixtures were generated by sandboxing, specifically in this PR: https://github.com/BitGo/coins-sandbox/pull/643
This is a new feature and there are no breaking changes.
