This PR makes several improvements to our dependency management and module structure:
Changes
1. Remove utxo-core dependency from sdk-core
Move
bip32utilsimplementation fromutxo-coreto thesecp256k1module and update imports insdk-core. This reduces the dependency footprint ofsdk-core.2. Fix Dockerfile module ordering
Reorder module dependencies in Dockerfile to match the updated dependency graph.
