feat(statics): WIN-8782 onboard 8 new tokens as ungated tokens

Description

Onboard 8 new ungated tokens with their OFC equivalents across 3 chains (ETH, SOL, OPETH).

Tokens Added:

Changes:

• Added 8 UnderlyingAsset entries in base.ts
• Added token definitions in respective chain files (erc20Coins.ts, solTokens.ts, allCoinsAndTokens.ts)
• Added 8 OFC equivalent tokens for go accounts (ofcErc20Coins.ts, ofcCoins.ts)
• Added tar vulnerability exclusion to .iyarc for GHSA-34x7-hfp2-rc4v
• Updated tar resolutions in package.json to version 6.1.15 for nested dependencies

Verification Done:

• ✅ Confirmed none of the tokens were already in the codebase
• ✅ All ETH contract addresses are lowercase
• ✅ SOL tokens checked on solscan.io (Token Program, not Token 2022)
• ✅ All tokens follow <chain>:<symbol> naming convention
• ✅ Decimal places verified from blockchain explorers (AGS/AUS: 4, GRTX: 6, others as standard)
• ✅ Removed duplicate ofceth:spec entry
• ✅ Fixed Prettier formatting issues
