With this option, as soon as a cell begins to scroll, all other cells will immediately return to center instead of waiting until dragging ends

Hm, instead of adding another delegate method for this, I think we should just make this the default behavior when |

Yeah, no need to have two delegate methods that specify very very similar behavior |
