Cellprofiler tracer leek
Merging the last 8 years of commits to master into the cellprofiler-tracer branch. Unlikely this will build first time, will likely need to modify setup.py with the additional Tracer dependencies
Previously ComboBox was monkey-patched, but this is no longer needed with the latest version of wx.
numpy.delete now handles boolean masks differently to before. From the docs: Changed in version 1.19.0: Boolean indices are now treated as a mask of elements to remove, rather than being cast to the integers 0 and 1.
This commit fixes the changes to `set_node_attributes`, `set_edge_attributes`, and the removal of the `.node` attribute from `Graph` objects, as documented on the [networkx migration guide](https://networkx.org/documentation/stable/release/migration_guide_from_1.x_to_2.0.html).
Includes the .weakly_connected_component_subgraphs function being changed to weakly_connected_components which returns a reference to a subgraph rather than the subgraph itself. Also handles the changes to .in_degree and .out_degree which now return a generator rather than a dict. This is compounded by changes to the .keys() and .values() attributes of a dict, which no longer return lists.
More subgraph changes, the removal of the .node attribute, and dealing with dicts items(), values() and keys() no longer returning lists

Adds the old Tracer functionality back to CPA.
This is a work in progress. After merging in the development on the main branch and addressing changes due to major software updates (notably Python 2 to 3 and Networkx 1 to 3), the app now builds (tested only on Windows) and the main Tracer plots display initially. Interacting with the plots causes an error in
traceuiand the app freezes.
