This PR introduces the hive namespace to the ChainAgnostic namespaces registry and defines:
A CAIP-2 profile for Hive chain identifiers
A CAIP-10 profile for Hive account identifiers
Hive is a production delegated proof-of-stake blockchain focused on publishing, social applications, and fee-less transactions. Registering this namespace enables standardized multichain identification and interoperability.
