P&R step was killed at 57 minutes during detailed routing (iteration 8, still making progress). The 60-minute workflow timeout is insufficient for the full OpenROAD flow on this design. Co-developed-by: Claude Code v2.1.44 (claude-opus-4-6)

Context
Run 22383889332 was cancelled after hitting the 60-minute limit. The synthesis completed in ~8 minutes, but P&R needs significantly more time for this design size (4000x4000 die area, 25% utilization).
