Description of the changes
Fixes #5971
This PR fixes a bug where we couldn't unmute users when they had left the server. I have made so that user gets removed of
_server_mutes, so on join it doesn't attribute them the role. It also works for timeouts and revokes the timeout on join.Have the changes in this PR been tested?
