To be clear, this is being done because conditional dev is in a crash loop back off state after my update deps pr was merged due to a ddtrace error, and @Mobmaker55 told me to just remove that call from the dockerfile |

Ddtrace 3.3 should be good but I'm not that concerned

Maybe possibly a rebase fixes the problems (please)
