RNA Benchmark 1.0

The Das lab is interested in developing new sampling methods and scoring functions for RNA structure prediction and design, in particular using the Rosetta software suite. To test these developments systematically, we have constructed a benchmark of common RNA motifs, subject to different constraints and assumptions, whose setup, submission, and analysis may be easily managed by Python scripts.

This release is intended as a repository snapshot for paper submission; that paper relies on some benchmark cases selected from PS2011.txt, favorites.txt, favorites2.txt, challenges.txt, noncanonicals.txt, followups.txt, and followups2.txt.
