Restart the private DNS server when the binding interface dropdown selection changes so the selected address is actually applied while running. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

従来はバインディングインタフェースが変更されても即座に反映されませんでしたが、これを修正し、変更後は即座にプライベートDNSサーバを再起動するようにしました。
