It is Alive!

After 15 days of work and 24 days since the first commit. I am glad to say it is complete. There may be some spots I have overlooked, and by may I mean I probably have but a fully stable version of the template bot has been created.

Initial Features

Fully functional with everything basic you need plus some for a music bot
Filter support for many different filters
Support for Spotify, YouTube, Soundcloud, and Discord Files all from the start
