  • 👀 Research interest: Medical Image generation, my main research is 3D Image Generation for proton Computed Tomography (for cancer treatment)| Deep Learning in Sciences, currently working on single cell perturbation modelling with deep learning| AI in Physics and Biology.
  • 🌱 Phyiscs PhD Student at Eötvös Loránd University.
  • Teaching computational methods for students, from basic python and C/C++ through machine learning methods like Linear Regression,SVM,Random Forests to modern GENAI methods, Transformer Architecture, LLM, GAN, Diffusion and FLow Matching.
