Previously, only people with PRODUCT_ADMIN could view tasks, and only Superusers could cancel them. These requirements were relaxed to being able to view with PRODUCT_ACCESS, and cancelling with PRODUCT_ADMIN. Task owners can now cancel tasks as well.
