Summary

  • Adds .github/CODEOWNERS file assigning @FindHotel/web-platform-squad as code owners for all files

Test plan

  • Verify CODEOWNERS file is created at .github/CODEOWNERS
  • Verify the pattern * @FindHotel/web-platform-squad covers all files
