fix: Fix "unsaved changes" badge positioning on Edit Feature modal tabs

Fixes #6935

The "unsaved changes" badge on the Segment Overrides tab in the Edit Feature modal was rendered out of vertical alignment. The Row wrapper in create-feature/index.js only applied justify-content-center, leaving the badge offset vertically relative to the tab label text. Adding align-items-center to that Row's className corrects the vertical alignment. Minor whitespace inconsistencies in _tabs.scss are cleaned up alongside the fix.

Alignment fix applied to only one of three tabs

The align-items-center fix is only applied to the Segment Overrides tab Row, but the Value tab (line 850) and Settings tab (line 1679) use the identical Row + unsaved-changes badge pattern with only justify-content-center. Before this change, all three badge tabs were equally misaligned; now only Segment Overrides is corrected, creating a visible inconsistency between tabs with unsaved changes indicators.

Thanks for the screenshot and context, @kyle-ssg. Since #6949 exists and the flex-nowrap approach sounds like the direction you'd prefer, happy to close this one to avoid duplication — just let me know. I don't want to add noise when there's already a better solution in flight.

Hey @JiwaniZakir, thanks for working on this — we appreciate the contribution!

We've opened #7038 which tackles the same issue with a broader approach, fixing badge alignment across all modals (Feature, Edit Group, Create Segment, Create Experiment) rather than just the Feature modal. Closing this in favour of that one.
