This PR aligns closely with PlaceholderAPI's most recent merge and utilizes integrated schedule management, among other features. This PR has been tested and appears to work correctly. Any additional changes or suggestions are welcome!

This should also probably be merged alongside #228, since they correspond to some degree.

Hello! The PR looks good. there are 2 usages of the scheduler that are not very clear to me (probably because of my lack of understanding of threading on folia). Can you clarify them please? Thanks!
