were we going to use IP or name access? If it doesn't change IP then what ping returns may not be reserved, but if they don't turn off correlator for too long may be OK. Do we know that it handles lease renewal OK?

We haven't tried going by name yet. Did you want me to ask scientist whether we can test that approach?
