Add Timer's Time Remaining to the StatusIcons bar

When a timer is active the time remaining will be displayed in the StatusIcons bar along with an hour glass symbol, and will be set to hidden when the timer's off.

@JustScott - I've created a new PR with your changes from #1967, but rebased from main, with fixes based on the new Timer API, and the commits squashed (but still attributed to you, of course).

Feel free to cherry-pick to your own branch and force-push, or we can use this one. Whichever you prefer.

On a side note, in the future when I find some more time to tinker with this project, I'm very excited to try out all the new PRs you've been working on! They're all making this watch much more useable than I ever expected it could be!
