This freefem - sofa pair works for the 2D comparisons. It's all run through python using Gmsh, SofaPython3, pyfreefem. Same mesh, can be loaded from all sides, comparison is one to one per node.
Let's continue like this and we'll bring everything together after solving the 3D problem.

This PR adds the 2D beam simulation files, following the same structure as the 1D_Bar example
