I think this PR should be based on main-freefem-sofa branch. That's where we would want to mute the CI with upcoming changes, unrelated to C++ dev.
For other stuff, I'll be making PRs in Alex's repository. He has his own workflow on GitHub.
Updated CI workflow to trigger on push to main and master branches.
