Homework task3: Add Makefile to the project that allows compiling and linking with GCC or clang. -Wall -Wextra -g flags are involved in the compile command. A standard target set is implemented that includes all, clean and some other targets. Also realized a special target check that allows checking the code style of all source files with checkpatch.pl or cppcheck. Finally, the possibility to link the project against the static or shared library was implemented.
