This branch is dependent on KHR_interactivty and can only be merged after #38 is merged!

Adds support for KHR_implicit_shapes and KHR_physics_rigid_bodies.
Uses the WASM bindings from fabmax to integrate NVIDIA PhysX.
For PhysX Limitations see PhysicsEngines.md.

Not yet tested since there are currently no relevant test assets:

  • Complex joints with multiple limits/drives per axis
  • Animated joints
  • Plane colliders
  • Complex interactions/animations
  • Edge cases
