Plotting amplitude graphs, adjusted box slopes

Compressed amplitude graph is now written to file in non-fast mode. Set plot_uncompressed_amplitude=True to also write the uncompressed graph.

Adjusted slope[box] type metadata to the following definitions.
slope[box]: Slope from line connecting start point to the end point of the smoothed bat call contour path
slope/hi[box]: Slope from line connecting start point to fc point
slope/lo[box]: Slope from line connecting fc point to end point
