Implement in-game recent activity

Website recent activity still needs to be done, ideally, once #839 has been merged.

Todos

• Cleanup code and remove debug logging
• Test at a larger scale
• Write more unit tests
• Add timestamp to website announcements
• Don't track unhearts cause the game doesn't actually parse them (going to leave this in for website activity)
• Merge Add proper relationships to Comments #838 and Migrate scores to use proper relationships #830
